Prior to the festival, children from eight to twelve years old could go to a movie theatre near their school to watch HAFF Junior, an international programme of nine short animation films, and cast a vote for their favourite. The school received special teaching tools to prepare for the films.
Around 2,000 children visited the programme. The voting after the screenings showed an exciting race. Promising finalists were Rising Hope, Granny Lane and Macropolis.
The winner is... Rising Hope!
The winning film will be included in the national educational project Klassefilm of EYE.
